EMPOWER GEN NOW and founder and Lusheous Collection, LLC, CEO, Renika J. Smiley is passionate about empowering young professionals to excel in today's diverse workforce while ensuring inclusion standards are established regardless of age, race, gender, or orientation. Renika and team aim to enhance vibrancy amongst the region's diverse young professional demographic and increase their chances of long-term professional growth in the Metro Cincinnati region.
After a successful new program pilot called Advance NOW designed to support Black women professionals in the Cincinnati, OH market, Advance NOW is currently accepting applicants for its second cohort beginning spring 2024.
